The standard
UNE-EN 15341:2020+A1:2023 lists the
key performance indicators (KPIs) of the maintenance function and provides guidelines for defining an appropriate set of indicators, assessing and improving
efficiency and sustainability in the
maintenance of existing physical assets, whether they be industrial, infrastructure, facilities, buildings or transport systems, etc. within the framework of external and internal factors of influence.
Cancels and replaces its previous edition UNE-EN 15341:2020 and includes some
important technical modifications, such as extending the approach of all maintenance components.
This document develops the
KPIs of different sub-functions: maintenance of the management of physical assets, people's competence, maintenance engineering, organisation and support, administration and supplies, information and communication technologies, among others.
