The UNE 41805 IN series of standards on building diagnosis should be considered using a holistic approach; however, this report is laid out in several parts, each dedicated to one aspect, with the intention of making it more operational.
The new standards of the series, which cancel and replace the version published in 2009, are now available:
- UNE 41805-1 IN. Part 1: General conditions
- UNE 41805-3 IN. Part 3: Construction and pathological studies. Description of the building's materials, techniques and construction systems, and of the setting and environment in which it is located.
- UNE 41805-12 IN. Part 12: Pathological study of the building. Interior partitions with no structural function, and finishes on floors, ceilings and walls, including interior passage doors.
This series as a whole shows the steps for preparing the final document that shows the diagnosis of buildings.
